APPOINTMENT SETTER- CALL CENTER
The Appointment setters will follow provided company scripts when calling/talking to potential customers to make appointments for energy consultants. Appointment setters will also be responsible for recording the customer information into the CRM database.
- Follow and be responsible for recording your calls and appointments made.
- Responsible for recording the customers personal information accurately in a computer CRM database.
- Persistent and result oriented candidates.
- Excellent communications and over the phone presentation skills.
