Solar Panel Installation Process

The National average for a solar panel installation from start to finish is approximately 6 to 9 months. At solar Titan USA, our efficiencies allow us to get the job done in half the time.

To help you understand the solar panel installation from start to finish, we are providing you with a step-by-step guide of the process.

 

STEP-1:

You've made the choice to start producing your own electricity by booking a consultation with Solar Titan USA or by filling-out one of our contact forms. Someone from our headquarters will contact you to discuss your situation, answers questions, and determine if solar panels will be beneficial to you or not.

 

STEP-2:

Welcome to the family! You will be receiving a call from us to introduce you to our team of professionals who will be working with you through this process.

 

STEP-3:

Our team will begin processing your account. (HOA, Building Permits, Funding, Ordering, Utility paperwork, etc.)

 

STEP-3:

Once the administrative processes are approved and/or began, you will receive a call from our scheduling department to schedule your custom designed solar panel installation.

 

STEP-4:

The installation day has arrived! Our super crew of professional solar panel installers arrives at your home to start and completely install your solar panel system.

 

STEP-5:

Your solar panel system is now fully installed. You will be receiving an email from Solar Edge, this is your online monitoring portal, with all the information you will need to monitor your new solar panel system.

 

STEP-6:

The state permitting process begins. A state inspector will visit your home to inspect your installation. They may or may not coordinate with you, each inspector is different. (The length of this process is up to the state and, at this point, out of our hands.)

 

The duration of this process is dependent on your State. We will notify you once they complete this process.

 

STEP-7:

The Utility company Interconnection process begins. Your utility company will complete any changes in your meter that needs to be made. Every utility company has a different process and uses various types of meters. (Please, be patient. This process is in the hands of your local utility company and out of our hands.)

 

This process is dependent on your local utility company. We will notify your once they complete this process.

 

STEP-8:

Once we've received your passed inspection, if you do not have a battery, we will call you to commission your system. If you already have a battery, we will send out our technician to connect your battery and commission your system.

 

STEP-9:

Congratulations! Your new custom designed solar panel system is fully installed and active!

 

STEP-10:

Start producing your own electricity!
