What To Expect:
- Once you've decided to produce your own power using Solar Titan USA, you will receive a call from us to introduce you to our team
- Our team will begin processing your account (HOA, Building Permits, Funding, Ordering, Utility Paperwork, Etc.
- Once the administrative processes are approved and or began, you will receive a call from our scheduling department to schedule your installation.
- The Day has arrived! Our super crew arrives at your home to complete the installation process.
- Once your system has been fully installed, expect an email from Solar Edge. This will be your online monitoring portal.
- The state permitting process begins. The state inspector will come to your home. They may or may not coordinate with you; each inspector is different.
- The Utility company interconnection process begins. Your utility company will complete any changes in the meter that will need to occur. Each ultily company has a different process and uses varying meters.
- Please be patient. Once these steps are submitted, it is out of our hands. This process can take weeks to complete.
- Once we receive your passed inspection, if you do not have a battery, we will call you to commision your system. If you do have a battery, we will send out our tech to connect your battery and commision your system in-person.
